Teller Supervisor –Merrimon Avenue Office, Tunnel Road Office, Skyland Office
This position is responsible for supervising Tellers, as well as performing regular Teller duties. Directs training and coordination of teller staff and assists Branch Manager as needed. Position requires a minimum of one year of Teller experience along with previous supervisory responsibilities. Must have a high school diploma, or the equivalent, a thorough knowledge of teller procedures, extensive cash handling and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Customer Service Manager – Tunnel Road Office
This position is responsible for serving as a central contact between customers and the Bank in all areas of the Banking Center. In coordination with the Banking Center Manager, the Customer Service Manager implements and carries out bank policy in respect to all operations of the Banking Center Office, and also serves as supervisor of the Banking Center in the absence of the Banking Center Manager.
Customer Service Representative – Marion Office
This position will be responsible for receiving applications, as well as processing & closing consumer loans. Counsels new and existing customers regarding Bank’s deposit accounts and services, conducts research, and responds to customer inquiries. Requires a HS diploma, or equivalent, along with a working knowledge of accounting principles. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Roving Teller
This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, along with proficiency in operating a calculator, previous cash handling experience, and a dedication to provide exceptional customer service.
