Customer Service Representative – Patton Avenue Banking Center
This position will be responsible for receiving applications, as well as processing & closing consumer loans. Counsels new and existing customers regarding Bank’s deposit accounts and services, conducts research, and responds to customer inquiries. Requires a HS diploma, or equivalent, along with a working knowledge of accounting principles. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Collector – Operations and Administration Center
This position is responsible for collecting past due consumer loan account payments using all appropriate collection techniques. Must meet past due and loss objectives while preserving customer relationships. A two-year degree with a concentration in finance or accounting is preferred. General knowledge of finance and consumer lending is required. One year of experience in the area of collection of delinquent accounts is required. Must possess excellent computer skills and have good verbal and written communication.
